All files are in AVI format and are the property of Ritch Shydner. He allows his material to be freely downloaded from HIS website.
Some videos are large and will not start until the entire video is downloaded. It would be best to save it to your computer by right-clicking on the link and choosing "Save Target As" to save to your desktop so you can watch anytime you want.
